Sunny is an E-RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher - experienced with at least two years and 1,000 hours of post graduate teaching). Sunny has been practicing yoga since 2006 and teaching since 2008. She leads hers classes with patience and humor, always giving the Sanskrit names for poses. She is also a world traveler and practicing vegan.
